Mama Afrika Malbec 2020 Arran blackcurrant and pink peppercornsGrapes for this Malbec were harvested in early March and were cold soaked for 24 hours to stabilise them before fermentation. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks and was allowed to undergo malolactic fermentation, which took approximately 8 days at 25C and was then left for 7 days with the skins on.
