The name is Argentinian Spanish for "the shed," and the wine reflects that informalityit's 100% Pinot Noir, aged with a portion in concrete rather than barrel. The result is darker fruited and more textural than Byron's straight Carneros Pinot, with a peppery, almost spicy lift from the concrete. A genuinely
