Fritz Haag Riesling Juffer Spatlese 2023 SPS21 and aged in both bourbonFritz Haag is one of the great estates of the Middle Mosel, with documented history stretching back to 1605 and Oliver Haag now at the helm. The Brauneberger Juffer is one of the two great steep slate slopes of Brauneberg (the other being the more renowned Juffer Sonnenuhr), and at Spatlese level the fruit is picked later for added concentration and natural sweetness. Hand harvested, gently pressed, spontaneously fermented and aged on the fine lees,
