Mills Glass Pome Style_Sour common blackberry and American dewberryGlass Pome is three way beer, cider, and Perry hybrid. The beer portion is a blend of three spontaneously fermented pale beers made from malted barley, oats, wheat, and cane sugar. Brewed in Spring and Autumn 2024, these beers spent a relatively short 18 24 month in barrel and were chosen for their clean, bright profile and dry finish. This allows room for the aromatics from the apples and pears, as well as cutting down their assertive tannins, to
