Set Of Six Macassar Ebony Deco Chairs By Cooke's The Roost H 81cm W 65cm DA set of six modernist dining chairs dating from the 1930s, made by Cooke's (Finsbury), with the original metal maker's labels still present on the bases. They feature elegant sled bases, clean, well balanced lines, and are finished in Macassar ebony veneer. The chairs have been reupholstered at a later date and remain comfortable and ready for use. There are a couple of marks to the fabric and some small losses to the veneer in places, all in keeping
