2019 Schubert Estate Goose-Yard Block Shiraz 750ml BHighland Park the delicately fragrant bouquet showcasesDescription This wine hails exclusively from the Block 2 vineyard at our Roennfeldt Road estate, fondly dubbed the Goose Yard Block. Hand picked and fermented with wild yeast in open top fermenters, it's then basket pressed and aged in a mix of new (66%) and two year old (34%) French oak barriques for 20 months. In the glass, it reveals a deep black core with a garnet rim. The nose is intense, offering aromas of dark chocolate, plums, cherry liqueur,
