Aerstone 10 Year Old Land Cask Rare and Collectable first introduced in 2011Launched in 2018, Aerstone Land Cask is a single malt from the Ailsa Bay Distillery in the Lowlands. Matured for 10 years, Land Cask is so called because, unlike its counterpart bottling Sea Cask, this malt is matured in warehouses much further inland. The addition of Highland peat creates a sweet and smoky malt. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml) Nose: Rich and punchy peat with layers of coal tar and damp bonfire smoke punctuated with vibrant, zesty
