It is made by combining a double pot distillation of Spanish blood oranges with one of neroli, an oil made from orange blossoms. Belgian candi sugar is added to sweeten the liqueur. Neroli is made near Rome and has been used for hundreds of years to make perfumes. It lends a rich floral aroma to the cordial which compliments the vibrant
