We'll explore the roll of acidity in cooking and work together to make a simple lemon pasta, preserved lemons, gremolata, we'll use lemon zest in various ways, brighten a soup with lemon, make a lemon and rosemary drink as well as lemonade, and we'll of course make something lemon y for dessert lemon posset?
