with one who happened to pass by as I framed this shot for today

I walked around the neighborhood looking for changes in the season when I encountered a building with a blank palette

In doing so I moved a little to the left and forward a step which allowed me to get the top of the building in the frame and also bring in the sky

Waiting for the traffic to head into the scene I captured a thirty second exposure of a mixture of moving traffic as well as cars waiting for the light to change so they may be on their way in the early evening

Mountains along Tracy Arm Size:20"x30" with one who happened toAs we approached Sawyer Glacier in Tracy Arm from the top of the boat I captured the above scene. When we left Juneau it was overcast, and upon leaving Gastineau Channel it was quite foggy. Heading into Tracy Arm the conditions started to clear which provided many scenes like this throughout the day. The ice in the water is from the Sawyer Glacier which is just around the corner in this image.
