This small batch was matured for 5 years in a combination of ex bourbon and ex Oloroso sherry casks. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 50%. Nose: Shortbread, baked apples and Islay peat smoke on the nose. Palate: Custard, ginger, lemon zest and baked apples on the palate. Finish: A long, smoky finish.
