Dalmore 25yo GlenDronach Nose: Smouldering peat with aromasDalmore uses a unique cask finish to create their 25yo. The 25yo is matured initially in American white oak, the whisky is carefully divided into hand sourced sweet Palomino Fino sherry butts and first fill bourbon casks. These whiskies are then married together in bourbon barrels before being transferred, for the final time into Tawny Port pipes from Portugal. Bottled at 42%.
