Looking back towards Speer the path and lights grabbed my attention on another snowy evening in April

The bridge is located at the west side of Glacier National Park as you cross the Middle Fork of the Flathead River

and as I made my way out on the golf course I looked for fresh snow and trees to photograph

Walking near the Denver Art Museum I noticed the reflection of a building with the snow still on the granite bench for this image

The drive to the top of Haleakala can be a long one especially if you are on the western side of Maui. However when you get to the top and experience the cool temperatures and in most instances the sun rising over the clouds you will know you have made the right choice. You can always head to the beach or pool and take a nap when you get back to where you are
