It has a notch collar, buttons down the front and two front patch pockets. The back has a center seam and a vent at the bottom. There is lovely tailoring at the back and shoulder darts at the front. It's light enough to be worn as a shirt or with a light camisole. We love this with its matching breezy pants and its great with denim as well. Fit
