A Handsome Mid-Victorian Stained Pine Chest of Drawers c.1860-70 sub-Curios Bookcases were first introduced inOrigin: English Period: Mid Late Nineteenth Century Provenance: Unknown Date: c. 1860 70 Width: 35. 5 inches Height: 38 inches Depth: 17. 5 inches (including handles) The stained pine carcass with plinth top above two short and three long graduated drawers, having the original ebonised knob handles, standing on turned bulbous peg feet survives in original condition from the mid Victorian period. The chest shows heaps of attractive wear and tear with
