Matassa with a few years of age is a thing of beauty. Signature high toned florals and acidity, melting slowly into a wildly emotive concoction of citrus zest, apricots and herb. Theres a bit of grip and tea like tastiness but nothing subtracting from sheer drinkability. Tastes like liquid sunshine. Back vintages make me smile. ABV: 11%
