Fabrizio Vella Bianco Organico Producer_Paolo Leo an ethos inspiring this rangeThis organic Sicilian wine is produced by Fabrizio Vella, a passionate winemaker living and working on the Mediterranean island. The native Cataratto is hand harvested slightly early from high elevation vineyards with naturally limited yields. The first pressing is fermented in acacia wooden barrels before second pressing and fermentation in stainless steel for 14 days with malolactic fermentation. This brings a natural wine that has a complex nose of
