Found in France ages ago, this stunning tiara type arched ornamental hair comb is beautiful in wear, though it is slightly imperfect so very affordable. Dates Victorian to Art Nouveau, c. 1870 1900, Napoleon III to Belle Epoch. The top is a high polished brass and set with French paste stones, a larger emerald green one centered in the ribbon bow, then some smaller clear 'gems' to the sides. Blond tortoise shell comb is missing 1 tine, and
