Tahbilk GSM Varietal:GSM this cuvée is recognisable byDeep ruby colour, bright and clear in the glass. Sweet red berries, cola and cedar aromas. Quite slippery on the palate, fine tannins accentuate aniseed and wood spices, and an underlying char and meat note gives depth and savoury complexity. A faint whisper of acidity brightens the finish nicely.
